KIMA vs. Friendship 5:30pm
Final Score: 65-63 (KIMA)
Leading Scorer: Friendship: Brandon Young (32 points)
Player of the Game: KIMA: Devin Martin (20 points), John Arledge (18 points), Vincent Roux (15 points)
Comments: This was a very entertaining battle to watch as the score went back and forth the entire time. Even though Vincent Roux (15 points) put in his share with his five three-pointers early in the game, the excitement didn't start until the game began to come closer to an end. This match up seemed to lose it's balance as KIMA began to take on a double-digit lead in the second half, but none of this seemed to rain on Friendship senior Brandon Young's (32 point) parade. He made sure that he chopped as much of the lead off by draining three-pointers and continuing to go to the basket. However, where Young was working hard, there were two more players on the opposing team working even harder in Devin Martin (20 points) and John Arledge (18 points). With just under one minute left on the clock, Martin made his last lay up of the night and called it a day when he sealed the deal at 65-63.

High Point vs. McNamara 6:40pm
Final Score: 65-39 (McNamara)
Leading Scorer: High Point: Travis Baker (17 points)
Player of the Game: McNamara:Brandon Coleman (16 points)
Comments: This game was a breeze for the McNamara Mustangs. Even though High Point guard Travis Baker finished as the leading scorer with 17 points, those points still could not combat the offensive activity of McNamara senior Brandon Coleman (16 points). After Coleman opened up the game with an intense dunk, things went down hill from there for the High Point Eagles. Not only did the Mustangs finish with a 16-point win over Eagles, but they also move on well prepared to take on KIMA in the finals on Monday at 7 p.m.

Georgetown vs. Towson 7:50pm
Final Score: 51-35 (Towson)
Leading Scorer(s): Georgetown Prep: Markel Starks (14 points) Towson: Daishon Knight (14 points)
Player of the Game: Towson: Daishon Knight (14 points)
Comments: Despite the fact that both teams stayed within just a few points of one another for just about the entire game, this ended up not being such a pretty one for the Little Hoyas. Towards the end of the game, the Towson Owls changed gears and the Hoyas seemed like they couldn't keep up. Led by the effort of guard Daishon Knight (14 points), the Owls will advance to the finals to play DeMatha on Monday at 8:30 p.m.

DeMatha vs. St.John's 9:00pm
Final Score: 46-42 (DeMatha)
Leading Scorer/Player of the Game: DeMatha: Quinn Cook (22 points)
Comments: The final score of this game actually does not reflect how things really went Thursday night. In reality, it was a very rough first half for the DeMatha Stags. With the halftime score at 27-16 (St.John's), the Stags knew that something had to be done and Quinn Cook was the man for the job. Cook single handily pulled both himself and his team back into the game. Despite the fact that DeMatha's big man Mikael Hopkins (4 points) could not get his shot to fall, that did not stop Cook. Cook worked hard to pull his team in close enough to tie the game around the four minute mark at 40-40. Once Cook hit his last three-pointer of the night and the Stags knocked down a couple of free throws, they sealed the deal at 46-42, allowing them to take home a well deserved win over the St.John's Cadets.
