With Wilson rolling through the DCIAA this season (92-48 over Roosevelt for the DCIAA title), will their be a City Title game this year? Or is it strictly the DCSAA bracket thing? Who is eligible?

So the likes of DeMatha, PVI and O'Connell are not eligible?

St. Anselm’s, is invited this year, as they were last year when they lost to Roosevelt. The Panthers play for the PVAC championship tomorrow night at Ritchie Coliseum. Tickets available.

I think shortly after PVI won the "DC" city title the format was changed.
